THE MISSION
The Boys & Girls Club of Malibu strives to create volunteer opportunities that provide individuals and our community partners the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s mission: to significantly enhance the lives of all youth to fulfill their potential as caring, productive, contributing citizens. We strive to recruit the best-qualified volunteers to provide high-level programming for the youth we serve. Our volunteer program provides volunteers with work experience, the opportunity to engage with their community, and a sense of belonging in a team dedicated to providing services to youth.
SAFETY
Safety is a top priority for our members and we seek volunteers that demonstrate the capacity to provide a fun and safe environment. All volunteers must undergo background checks to scan the Sex Offender Registry and other databases to ensure all Club members are safe. Volunteers are responsible for upholding all Boys & Girls Club of Malibu policies when they are on Clubhouse premises. We value the time and dedication that each volunteer provides to our Clubs, with their assistance we are able to reach more youth and provide a high-quality club experience. We value our volunteers!
See our Safety page for more info.
